Why you’ll love it?

The Del Professore Vermouth collection comprises of the Classico, Rosso and Vaniglia. This is the only Vermouth on the market that is made from all in house ingredients. The base is made from Moscato Bianco Langarolo wine with added refined alcohol and infused with 15 different aromatic and medicinal herbs gathered from Turin for at least one month before natural cane sugar is added. The vermouth is aged in oak barrels for 6 months before being bottled. Whilst some vermouth can be cloyingly sweet, the sweetness in these vermouths is wonderfully balanced by the bitterness and herbaceous flavours. 

Tastes Like?

The Rosso Vermouth is the medium one in the collection. Nose offers tantalising aromas of orange peel, lemon, candied lemon, herbs and a hint of spiced honey. Beautiful amber colour with flavours of citrus, herbs, subtle medicinal notes and slight bitterness with a long finish. It had such a well balanced sweetness and smoothness on the palate that makes this vermouth perfect to sip on its own.
