Produced by the people who run one of the best cocktail bars in Rome, The Jerry Thomas Project Del Professore line of gins are unlike any other you’ve ever tasted. The guys wanted to bring back “Bathtub Gin” concept that used to be made back during the American Prohibition times. But of course, these days they only use the highest quality ingredients and artisan methods to create a gin that is actually pleasant to sip on! Infused with a concoction of herbs and spices, without any industrial filtration and hence remaining their natural amber colour.

The Gin Monsieur is made from a wild juniper base produced in Umbria and Tuscany which is infused with 12 other herbs and spices and a secret ingredient. The gin is then filtered ever so gently to preserve the flavours and aromas from the natural infusion.

The Monsieur is a unique gin for any gin lover offering a highly spiced flavour profile with all the traditional juniper and citrus flavours. There is a distinct natural sweetness and lovely rounded finish. More structured and powerful than the Madame, this is a gin made to be sipped!
