Why You'll Love It?

From a family of winemakers since 1865 and is run by the 5th generation Sergio (son of Ettore) and his wife Elena. The estate only remains 10ha in size. The Lazzarito Riserva is made from hand-picked grapes from one of their oldest vineyards, Lazzarito, which was planted in 1931. The wine spends 50 days maceration on the skins during and after the alcoholic fermentation, the classic winemaking method from the region.  After vinification the wine spends about 30 months maturation in 2.000 litres oak barrels and rests for two years in bottle.
