Champagnes made from 100% Chardonnay, known as Blanc de Blancs, are arguably the most elegant and premium of all Champagnes. Many regard this style as superior to others which is why Blanc de Blancs constitute some of the most expensive Champagnes in the world. Come taste the prestigious Comtes de Champagne made by the Taittinger Champagne house who was the first to put Blanc de Blancs on the wine map. Their Blanc de Blancs became so popular that other Champagne houses started to scramble to create their own. Renowned for its complexity and longevity, you will be enchanted by the 2006 Comtes!

Think pink!
Not all Rosé Champagnes are made the same. While most are made by blending white and red wine, a small fraction of Rosé Champagnes are made using a more demanding technique of direct skin contact. This method requires the best quality grapes that are harvested at optimum ripeness. When done correctly this will yield a more robust, generous tasting Rosé with its own identity, texture and flavours. This is the real rosé Champagne. Taste two great examples of this premium style made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes produced from the Grand Cru and Premier Cru regions of Champagne!
