Vintage champagnes are considered to be the top cuvées for most champagne houses. These champagnes are only made in the years the producer considers to be extraordinary. The greatest vintage champagnes are built to last over decades, most are not released until after a decade of careful cellaring by the champagne house. These are the champagnes you save for the most special moments in life.

We’ve selected some of the best vintages like 2008 which has been heralded as the best year since 1996! Taste the newly released 2008 Cristal which is best Cristal ever made! And of course you’ll also be tasting one of the top champagnes from 1996, the Bollinger RD. 1996 was universally declared as the greatest vintage in Champagne since 1928!

Journey with us as we taste some outstanding champagnes such as the 2002 Salon Blanc de Blancs. Salon is a a tiny champagne house that releases wines only in exceptional years, which is on average about 3 times a decade! Salon is known for their singularity, specialising in making single vintage, single variety champagnes, where all the chardonnay is sourced from grapes grown on 40-year-old vines in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger (one of the greatest crus of the Côte de Blancs). All champagne lovers should experience Salon at least once in their lives!
