What's in the box?  

Luke Lambert Syrah 2016 x100mL ($38 by the bottle)
Region: Yarra Valley, VIC

This Syrah comes from what might be the coolest microclimate of the Yarra; the south-west sloping, Tibooburra Vineyard in the south-eastern corner of the Valley. Made by one of the hottest new Aussie winemakers Luke Lambert. Luke is an old soul at heart believing the in age old adage of less is more. He believes firmly in minimal intervention and producing wines with a sense of place.

Mollydooker "The Boxer" Shiraz 2015 x100mL ($30 by the bottle)
Region: McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek, Currency Creek, SA

Mollydooker is renowned for their powerful, high intensity, full bodied reds with that “WOW” factor. Often mistaken for using long extraction methods to achieve this effect, their wines are actually only fermented for 5 - 6 days. The flavour profile and intensity of the wines are achieved through careful vine management and fruit selection combined with skilful winemakers who meticulously monitor and taste the grapes and wines throughout the entire process to ensure you receive that “WOW” factor in your glass.

Bird On A Wire Syrah 2015 x100mL ($40 by the bottle)
Region: Yarra Valley, VIC
Winemaker Winemaker Caroline Mooney was born and bred in the Yarra Valley, she did a stint in the Rhone Valley with her husband at the iconic JL Chave estate. This sparked Caroline’s love for the 3 grape varieties she is now solely producing: Syrah, Chardonnay and Marsanne. All natural acidity, aged in 25% new French oak and no filtration.
