Domaine Trevallon Rouge 2013 x100mL ($108 by the bottle)
Grape: Syrah (50%) Cabernet Sauvignon (50%)
Don’t underestimate it’s village appellation, this wine is created by a man who was determined to produce quality over labels. He took a chance when he refused to change his blend to please the authorities for a higher appellation and this is what makes his wines so rare and so special. They really do speak for themselves.
