Two Hands is a young winery only established in 1999. Despite its youth it has produced outstanding wines that strive to depict regional and varietal characters, winning numerous local and international accolades. This is not surprising when the winery's philosophy is all about "quality without compromise". Premium fruit is sourced from the finest Shiraz growing regions of Australia. Their Single Vineyard Series offer exceptional examples of varietal definition and a unique sense of place which contributes to the complexity and personality of each wine. The Zippy's Block is one of their single vineyard range from the Marananga estate, bottled in high quality thick glass bottles the weight of which is only matched by the big, bold flavours of the wine inside.

Tastes Like

Deep dark red, almost purple in colour. Highly pronounced nose with intense aromas of ripe dark fruits, blackberries, black plum, violet, dark chocolate, liquorice, cinnamon and a hint of vanilla. Palate is poised, powerful and pure with outstanding depth and fruit concentration with flavours of ripe blackberries, blackcurrant, liquorice, dark chocolate, tobacco leaf, vanilla and sweet spices. Full bodied, rich mouthfeel with velvety tannins that are just starting to round out. Very long and persistent finish.
