Schubert Wines is a small artisan producer making hand-crafted, estate grown, Pinot Noir and Syrah. German born and trained, Kai Schubert and his wife and winemaking partner, Marion Deimling, employ traditional Burgundian winemaking methods with extreme low yields, (3/4 ton per acre), extended macerations and the exclusive use of Burgundian cooperage.

Crunchy red fruit that include cherries and raspberries. Well integrated oak with fine tannins.
